JOIN ME in a weekly 1-hour zoom group where I will share my coaching ideas, motivational tips, and ways to de-stress and improve sleep—the things that work for me personally and works for my clients.
I want this to be an interactive group that is safe and supportive—where you can bring your struggles and get the opportunity to set goals for yourself that are meaningful and attainable with the support of the group to lift you up and hold you accountable.
Our first session will be 12 noon PST on Thursday, July 7th! Weekly at the same time thereafter.
Cost: $? – donation by the session, by the month. Whatever the value is to you and that you can afford. Really. I will give you my Venmo (and other ways to donate) during the session, and you can decide what you got out of it when it’s over.

I believe in health for every body. I believe that every body is beautiful. I support body love and body neutrality. I support intuitive eating. I also support more nuanced approaches and finding what works for you that is sustainable over time. I support plant-based eating but do not require others do the same. I believe that finances should not be an obstacle to getting healthy and feeling better in your unique body. I am an evolving human and am here to learn right along beside you.
