Hi! I’m Michelle, and I’m excited to be your fitness and health coach!

I am an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach. I firmly believe there is no one-size-fits-all exercise or eating program–no ONE WAY to lose weight or get fit and eat healthily. You are your own expert, and what you like, what you enjoy, what you WANT matters! I am here to help guide you to make lifestyle habits that are sustainable, healthy, and permanent. AND most of all, a plan that makes sense to you and for you, so you can achieve your health goals.

I also have a strong desire to shepherd people, women especially, toward self-love. I mean I REALLY want you to love yourself–be IN LOVE with yourself!! It took me decades to end my own self-loathing and truly accept myself as I am, believing fully in my own worth. I’d like to help you come home to yourself–to embrace yourself with compassion.
